- Shopping Cart: You can use our online shopping cart for direct ordering by selecting the proper ink product, type
in the quantity you want to purchase and click "Buy it Now" to add it to your shopping cart. Then fill out
the order form and select the payment method. You can print out your ordering list and associated information.
- E-Mail Order: Using email to specify all your order details, shipping and billing information, including payment
method. Order email is sent to: info@canadaimage.com
- Purchase Orders: We accept purchase orders from organizations and schools by mail or Email. Once received, we will
quickly process and deliver the order.
What kind of payment method do you accept?
- Credit Card. We accept Credit Card payment made form PayPal.
- Credit Card. We also accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, DISCOVER by InternetSecure.
- Cheque or Money Order. Customer can send us cheque or money order to make payment. Personal cheque needs to be verified.

How can I get my ordered items?

workmanship. We replace any defective products found under normal use and service. If you're dissatisfied with our ink
products due to mis-ordering, defection during shipping, please contact
sales@canadimage.com in written form within the 90 days after the purchase. We will immediately replace the item.
Will a refill kit work on my old cartridge?
We recommend that you use our refill kit before your cartridge runs out of ink. However,
if you use your refill kit after the ink runs dry the cartridge may not work correctly. Cartridges that have gone
completely dry or have been unused or dry for months or years should be replaced not refilled.
Do your cartridges contain ink or they are just empty tank?
Yes, they contain ink. What you need to do is just replace old cartridge with new one.
What is compatible cartridge?
Compatible cartridges are non-OEM new cartridges - not recycled, not refurbished. Compatible cartridges are
produced by third party manufacturor to the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture) specifications. Each printer cartridge
is carefully researched, manufactured and tested.
Will using a compatible cartridge void my warranty?
The printer manufacturor CANNOT VOID YOUR WARRANTY because you use compatible cartridges. It is strictly ILLEGAL.
Why don't you carry compatibles for my Hewlett Packard or Lexmark?
The Hewlett Packard and Lexmark printer cartridges have the printer head build into the cartridge itself. Because of
patent restrictions they cannot be reproduced in the North America and Europe. You really have only four choices:
A) Buy a new OEM cartridge every time. B) Refill the cartridge yourself. C) Use a factory refill service or buy service
from us. (Currently we only provide refill service for Lexmark cartridge, please call or send eamil to us for detail).
or D) Some cartridges can be remanufactured.
